Dr. Jimmy B. Tran was born and raised in Southern California. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine for his undergraduate program, receiving his Bachelors of Science in Chemistry in 2000.

Dr. Tran graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine in 2006. He received an award from the Crest Bright Smiles program for his many hours of community service during his education.

He practiced in Las Vegas for 2 years before relocating back to California. The past 9 years, Dr. Tran has practiced in Southern California. He has special training in Implants, Sleep Apnea Therapy, Air Way Development, Orthodontics, IV Sedation. He is a part of a small community of dentists in California with a Qualified Medical Examiner Certification.

Dr. Tran has advanced training in dental implants and the All-on-Four treatment concept at the Sclar Center for Advanced Implant Dentistry Learning, and through Nobel Biocare, the world renowned proponent of the All-on-4 implant treatment technique.

He completed the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain Institute program entitled “Craniofacial Pain Mini-Residency”. He is now a Fellow of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain.

Dr. Tran is happily married and the proud father of two boys. He enjoys different hobbies ranging from electronics to the outdoors. He loves history and WW2 history in particular.

Dr. Huy Nguyen graduated as one of the top students of his class at both UCI for Molecular-Bio Chemistry in 2006 and Midwestern University for Dentistry in 2014.

Dr. Nguyen practiced in different areas in Southern California for 5 years until he joined City Dental in 2019. Since 2020, Dr. Nguyen has managed the Westminster location, overseeing the care of all the patients that come through the office.

He enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but is highly skilled in esthetic dentistry. Upon recognizing Dr. Nguyen’s acumen in implants, Dr. Jimmy Tran decided to take Dr. Nguyen under his wing and mentor him.

Dr. Nguyen’s passion for learning and growing makes him stand out as an up and coming leader in his field. He is constantly learning the newest dental techniques and regularly attends seminars and classes to expand his skill set. He aspires to become a specialist in implants, all-on-four treatment, full-mouth reconstruction, and sedation. Dr. Nguyen’s priority is patient care and pays special attention to listen, understand, and respect each of his patients.

In his free time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys playing a variety of sports, like golf and tennis, as well as other leisurely activities, like drawing and travel.

Dr. Thuy Vo is a native of Orange County. She graduated from UCI with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After that, she attended Georgetown University School of Dentistry and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery.

With over three decades of experience, Dr. Vo’s expertise in dentistry lies in the preventive, restorative, cosmetic treatments, and management of dental diseases.

Dr. Vo believes that everyone deserves the highest quality of dental care while being treated with respect and compassion.

Along with taking care of patients locally, Dr. Vo also likes traveling to the third world countries helping people to understand the importance of prevention and treating dental related pain.

Besides dentistry, Dr. Vo loves spending time with her family, hiking in the remote areas of the world, swimming, music, reading paper backs, watching anime, and making the perfect bowl of pho.

Aaron Quick has worked in the Dental Industry for more than 13 years specializing in Workers’ Compensation Care Management. As time in this field continued, Aaron realized his passion lies in helping the patients and those in his community receive the best dental care and treatment possible. He strives to help all patients return back to their pre-injury state by making sure all necessary treatments get authorized.

Aaron has been working closely with Dr. Jimmy Tran for the last 8 years as the Workers’ Comp Case Manager. Throughout the years, Aaron has accumulated a wealthy amount of knowledge and has become well-acquainted on the Workers’ Compensation system. Aaron also works quickly and efficiently with the Adjuster and Attorneys to get the necessary treatments authorized for the patients. As a team, they have successfully help many patients restore their smile and happiness.

Aaron was born and raised in Southern California and is happily married to his wife of 13 years. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family whether its at home barbequing or outdoors camping.
